Returns & Exchange Policy
POLICY
- We follow an exchange-only policy.
- Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
- Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags and original packaging intact.
- Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase is mandatory.
- If the required size is unavailable, customers may opt for:
- Another product of equal value, OR Store credit valid for 6 months.
- Store credit purchases are non-returnable.
CHARGES
- Reverse Pickup: 199
- Re-delivery (Exchange): 199
- Processing Time: 10–12 working days
- For prepaid orders, store credits will be issued after deducting shipping pickup charges.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Received a damaged product? Email us within 24 hours with a photo and unboxing video.
- For partial or incorrect orders, notify us within 48 hours along with an unboxing video.
- Customers must record a short photo/video while packing the return and handing it over to the pickup agent for verification and security.
